  • What is REACH Health Services?

    REACH (Recovery Enhanced by Access to Comprehensive Healthcare) Health Services is a comprehensive, outpatient substance use recovery program. We provide MOUD-assisted treatment and other support services to individuals in the community, focusing on holistic and patient-centered approaches to addiction and recovery.

  • What is the mission and vision of REACH Health Services?

    Our mission is to improve the quality of life in our community by providing comprehensive services that promote patient dignity, well-being, and recovery. Our vision is to develop alliances between substance abuse treatment services and community resources to ensure accessible and effective treatment for all.

  • Can you tell me more about the history of REACH Health Services?

    REACH Health Services began as a National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA)-funded research project in the early 1990s by Dr. Joseph V. Brady, the founder of Institutes for Behavior Resources, Inc (IBR). Since then, it has evolved into a full-fledged program offering a variety of services aimed at substance use recovery and community support.

    Office: 5:30am–3:00pm (Mon - Fri)

    Dispensary: 5:30am–12:30pm (Mon - Sat)

  • What employment opportunities exist at REACH Health Services?

    All available positions are posted here, and we encourage you to apply if you see something that interests you.

  • Will my take homes transfer?

    New patients typically maintain their earned take home status once we obtain supporting documentation from your previous clinic.

  • Do I need to come to the clinic every day for dosing?

    We are closed on Sat and Sundays.  As you progress in the program, your take homes are earned. Your dosing schedule depends on various factors that can be discussed with your counselor. 

  • Can I get Rx for Suboxone?

    Suboxone is dispensed at the dosing windows. 

  • Can I get primary care at REACH?

    No, but Health Home nurses can assist you in finding a PCP who is recovery friendly.

  • Can I transfer my mental health care to REACH?

    We offer mental health therapy at REACH.  Our therapist and Health Home nurses can assist you in finding a Psych Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatrist for medication monitoring.

  • How long will I have to stay on Methadone/Suboxone?

    That is up to each Patient -- our job is to help them reach their individual treatment goals.
