Personalized Care

Standard Outpatient Treatment

Services include, but are not limited to:

We offer outpatient treatment for those seeking a safe, supportive environment. Services are provided in regularly scheduled sessions tailored to meet the needs of the individual.

The treatment plan is developed between the counselor and the patient and individualized to meet the needs of the patient.

Integrated Medication Support

MOUD-Assisted Treatment

Services include, but are not limited to:

REACH offers Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) treatment, including Methadone, Buprenorphine, and injectable naltrexone (Vivitrol™) in conjunction with standard outpatient therapies. Other medications are also available to assist in recovery from alcohol and tobacco use disorders. 

The combination of a medication plus other services provides the highest chance of recovery compared to medication alone or treatment that does not include a medication (McLellan et al JAMA 1993 and Clark et al JSAT 2015).

Supportive Treatment Group

Enhanced Care & Group Support

Intensive Outpatient Treatment

Services include, but are not limited to:

REACH provides intensive outpatient services offering a higher level of care to patients struggling with relapse in standard outpatient or opioid maintenance therapies. Group counseling is offered 4 days per week and includes topics such as:

Integrated Healthcare Coordination

Health Home Program

Services include, but are not limited to:

The Health Home Program, designed to promote overall wellness and health, assists clients in IBR/REACH’s opioid treatment program with coordinating their healthcare services, navigating the healthcare system, and managing chronic diseases through education, referrals, and other supportive activities. The Health Home aims to reduce the unique barriers that these individuals face by providing holistic, integrated healthcare coordination for primary, specialty, and behavioral health care. Patients may receive limited primary care services, including hepatitis C treatment, as indicated.

Health care barriers include scheduling appointments, transportation, and health literacy— Health Home assists clients in navigating their health care.

  • Gambling Disorder Treatment: Specialized support that addresses the emotional and psychological aspects of gambling addiction, with therapeutic interventions for compulsive behaviors.

  • Trauma-Focused Counseling: Tailored support for individuals affected by trauma, assisting in processing traumatic memories and building resilience.

Harm Reduction Aid

  • Overdose Prevention Training: Training individuals and communities in overdose prevention, including naloxone use.

  • Anti-Stigma Education and Advocacy: Reducing stigma around substance use, fostering supportive community environments.

  • Community Education and Outreach: Raising awareness about substance use and harm reduction, building informed support networks.

  • Overdose Response Program: Proactive naloxone distribution and overdose risk reduction strategies.

Group Treatment Schedule

REACH is dedicated to providing both individualized and group treatment for our patients. To join a group, patients should consult with their counselor. You can view our current operating groups below:

  1. Women’s Group – Tuesday at 10am
  2. Peer Group – Wednesday at 10am

REACH also offers an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) curriculum that covers all aspects of the disease of addiction through professional counseling and diverse group therapy. For assessment, speak with our IOP Coordinator, Mike G.
